At KALE, our Infant Services room is designed around one simple truth — every baby is unique. Our responsive caregivers follow each child's individual schedule for feeding, sleeping, and play, creating a nurturing environment that feels like a second home.

With a low 1:4 teacher-to-infant ratio, your baby receives the individualized attention they need during the most critical developmental months of their life. We don't do assembly-line care. We do relationship-based, love-centered infant education.

Our infant suite features age-appropriate sensory materials, tummy time areas, soft play spaces, and natural light — everything intentionally chosen to support your baby's brain development from 6 weeks through 16 months.

First Day Checklist

What to Bring on Day One

We make the first day as easy as possible. Here's everything your baby needs — labeled with their name, please!

Feeding Supplies Breast milk or formula (labeled), bottles, bottle brush, nipples. We store breast milk safely in our refrigerator.
👕
Extra Clothing (3–4 sets) Onesies, pants, socks — labeled with baby's name. Babies are messy and happy about it!
🧴
Diapering Essentials Diapers, wipes, diaper cream (labeled & in a zip bag). We change diapers every 2 hours or as needed.

Sleep Sack (if used at home) If your baby uses a sleep sack, bring one labeled. We follow safe sleep guidelines — no blankets, pillows, or stuffed animals in cribs.

Comfort Item (optional) A pacifier (labeled) or small comfort item can help with the transition. Ask your caregiver if unsure.

Completed Enrollment Forms Emergency contacts, health forms, feeding schedule, and authorization forms — all submitted via Brightwheel before the first day.
