The following documents are required to complete enrollment at KALE. Most can be uploaded directly through Brightwheel:
Review and Sign Your Tuition Agreement
After your application is reviewed, KALE will send your tuition agreement through Brightwheel for digital signature. This covers your weekly tuition rate, payment schedule, late pickup policy, and notice requirements. Questions about any line? Call us at 804-877-8785 — we'll walk through it with you.

Open KALE's secure Brightwheel enrollment form, complete your family information, and upload the required documents. After enrollment is confirmed, the KALE team will send your classroom connection invitation for daily updates, photos, developmental information, and teacher messages.

Once all documents are received and your tuition or subsidy is confirmed, KALE will provide an official start date. We'll also send a personalized first-day checklist for your child's age group so you arrive ready and confident. We can't wait to meet your family.
